What Are The Paige Awards?
The Paige Awards is The You Belong Foundation’s annual celebration of inclusion and community leadership.
The evening recognizes individuals and organizations who are helping remove barriers and expand access for people with disabilities.
Honorees represent the strength, perseverance, and everyday impact of the disability community and those who stand beside them.
Proceeds from the event support accessibility programs, training, community events, and resources throughout the Chicagoland area.

Who The Paige Awards Recognize
Individuals Living With Disabilities
People who demonstrate resilience, leadership, and meaningful contribution within their families, workplaces, schools, or communities.
Honorees represent the strength of individuals who continue to move forward with purpose and impact.
Champions of the Disability Community
Teachers, caregivers, healthcare professionals, advocates, nonprofit leaders, and community members who dedicate their work to improving opportunities and quality of life for people with disabilities.
These champions help create environments where accessibility and inclusion can grow.
Nomination Guidelines
Individuals Living With Disabilities:
Have a physical, intellectual, developmental, mental health, or invisible disability
Demonstrate resilience, leadership, or positive impact in their community
Show meaningful contribution within family, school, workplace, or community
Maintain a record of impact for at least the past 12 months
Serve as an example that life with a disability is defined by possibility
Important note:
We are not looking for “superhuman” accomplishments.
The Paige Awards celebrate real people making real impact in everyday life.
Champion Nomination Criteria
Work directly with individuals with disabilities in a meaningful way
Demonstrate compassion, advocacy, or innovation in accessibility
Create opportunities or improve quality of life for individuals with disabilities
Maintain a record of impact for at least the past 12 months
Inspire others to build more inclusive communitiesity
